"Very good! Since I am a diabetic, I used wheat flour and splenda instead of white flour and sugar and added 1/4 cups chopped walnuts. I also only used 2 cups of confectionary sugar in frosting instead of 4. It was still plenty sweet. "- heatherrichardson-ulicki

texaspaintpony 1 year agoHad to add some milk to batter, about 1/4 cup. Ends were very dense, dry. Rest of cake was ok. Think if I added more bananas and milk it would have come out better, or even a box of pudding.

BradJordan 3 years agoNeeds to be corrected to 1/2 tsp of salt. Yes, I should have known better but 2 reviewers have already noted that and it still hasn't been corrected.
Breeviola 3 years agoYumminess! I just happened to have some banannas lying around and so I made this! I didn't make the frosting though cause I didn't have confectious sugar handy....still GREAT by itself! Thanks for the recipe!
Lauramom 3 years agoMoist and delicious. I make less frosting. Salt should read 1/2 tsp.
