6 bananas; Ripe, peeled and cut

1/4 cSherry; (optional)
PINA COLADA
STRAWBERRY DAQUIRI
1 1/2 cApplesauce
2 tsHoney
1 drRum; extract (optional)
1 ctbanana; (8-oz), or vanilla
APPLESAUCE AND FRUIT
1 cpecans; Ground
1 1/2 tsVanilla
APPLE PIE WITH CHEESE
1 cnunsweetened
3/4 cPecans; ground
1/2 cPlain yogurt
6 cApples; peeled and cored
2 tsDried orange; ground
3 cStrawberries; or 2 cups bananas
PEANUT BUTTER AND NANA
MAPLE AND APPLE
1 Orange; peeled and quartered
2 cApplesauce
1/2 cCheddar cheese
1/2 Lime; peeled and quartered
2 tbHoney
1 qtStrawberries; washed
ORANGE JULIUS
1/2 tsCinnamon
1 1/2 cwalnuts; Ground
2 Lemon wedges; peeled
YOGURT
1 qtStrawberries; washed
DUTCHAPPLE
2 Bananas; cut into pieces
3 cApplesauce
2 cApplesauce
1 smApple; peeled cored
4 Apples; peeled and cored
1 tbMaple extract
1/2 tsNutmeg
BANANACOCONUT CREAM
1 cCoconut
1 cPlain vanilla yogurt
1 qtFlavored yogurt; or plain
6 bananas; Ripe, peeled and cut

Fruit and Yogurt Roll-Ups Preparation

From: Claudia Knowles Date: Sun, 4 Aug 1996 05:35:14 -0400 In a blender mix all ingredients untill pureed. Pour onto solid sheets; dry at 135 for 4 to 8 hours, or untill leathery. Remove from sheets while still warm. Let cool slightly. Roll in plastic wrap and in a dark, dry, cool place. They will keep from 1 month to 1 year.
