Original recipe makes 16
fruit; Any assortment
1 tbCornstarch
1/2 cWater
1/4 cGranulated sugar
8 ozCream cheese
2 tbLemon juice
Cream cheese Filling:
Glaze:
Crust:
1 tsVanilla extract
1/2 cOrange juice
Fruit Layer:
1/3 cGranulated sugar
2 Pillsbury sugar cookie dough

Fruit Pizza Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a large pizza pan; flatten cookie dough on pan. Dust with flour if necessary. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool. Beat cream cheese filling till smooth; spread on cooled crust. Place the fruit in concentric circles on the dough. Place in fridge while making glaze. Combine glaze ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil for one m inutes. Let cool. When the glaze has cooled, spread over the fruit. Store pizza in the fridge. One pizzza makes 16 to 20 servings.
