Fruit Pizza #2 Preparation
From: as5x@galen.med.virginia.edu (Amy Smalley) Date: Tue, 11 Apr 1995 11:54:05 +0000 Crust: Mix butter, flour and confectioners sugar together and pat in a 9x13 pan (I use a round cookie sheet instead). Bake at 325 for 15 minutes. Mix sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Spread mixture on warm crust. Cook fruit juice, cornstarch, sugar and lemon juice. Cook and stir until clear and thickened. Add any fresh fuit and put on cream cheese mixture. Grapes, strawberries, any berries, peaches, bananas, melons, pineapples all work well. Pour glaze on top of cream cheese and fruit. Cool **I usually arrange the fruit in a circle pattern around the pan. Be as artistic as you want to be! REC.FOOD.RECIPES ARCHIVES /DESSERTS From rec.food.cooking archives.
