Fruit Smoothies
Ingredients
| 1 lg candiced pineapples in juice |
| 1 cstrawberries; Finely sliced |
| 3 cupsCrushed ice; as you wish (I use 3 or 4 cups) |
Fruit Smoothies Preparation
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 3 to 4 minutes or until smooth. I use this recipe almost every other day substituting all different types of fruit.
