Fruit Smoothies Preparation

Date: Thu, 29 Feb 1996 22:28:36 -0800 From: edefox@ucla.edu (Ede Fox) As long as everyone is giving their recepies for fruit smoothies I thought Id add mine. Just blend it all up and drink. The spirulina turns the shake a sort of sludge green color, but it tastes great. It is a favorite breakfast of mine. FATFREE DIGEST V96 #59 From the Fatfree Vegetarian recipe list.
