2 Bananas; pears, or peaches, Mashed
Fruit Shake----
Yogurt Shake----
1 cSkim milk
1/2 cfruit; Fresh or frozen
1 tbFruit juice
1/4 tsCinnamon
2 tbInstant fat-free milk; Dry

Fruit/yogurt Shakes Preparation
