Original recipe makes 1 9"x5" cake
2 tbAM Unrefined Sesame Oil
1/2 cPecans; chopped
1/2 cDiced dried papaya
1 tsVanilla
1/2 cRaisins
1 Box AM Muffin Mix
(Apple Spice Oat Bran)
1/2 cPitted and chopped dates
1/2 cDiced dried pear
1/4 cHoney
3 tbGrated orange rind
1 1/4 cWater
1 Egg; beaten (optional)

Fruity Cake Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine the liquid ingredients. In a separate bowl stir the mix into the fruit and nuts. Combine the two mixtures and add the orange rind. Bake in a 9" x 5" pan for 45 minutes.
