| Tomato puree |
| Salt |
| Fresh basil |
| 2 Garlic |
| Extra virgin olive |
| 10 ozFusilli pasta |
| Vegetable oil |
| 12 ozFresh fava beans |
Fusilli Al Sugo Di Fave (Fusilli with Fava Bean Sauce) Preparation
Crush the garlic and saute it in the oil. Add the fava beans and tomato puree. Season with salt to taste, add 1/2 cup boiling water and cook until the beans are done. Sprinkle with chopped basil. Cook the fusilli al dente and serve with the sauce. Posted to CHILE-HEADS DIGEST V4 #190 by "Rosa Lupo"
