Garden Cole Slaw
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 6 Servings
| 1/2 tsGrated lemon peel; |
| 1 mdGreen or red pepper; chopped |
| 4 cShredded cabbage |
| 2 tbLemon juice |
| 1/2 tsSalt |
| 2 tbHoney |
| 1/2 tsGround ginger |
| 1/4 cGreen Onions; chopped |
| 1 mdCarrot; shredded |
| 1 mdZucchini; shredded |
| 1/2 cRegular or light mayonnaise |
| 1/2 tsTabasco? pepper sauce |
Garden Cole Slaw Preparation
In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, peel, Tabasco pepper sauce, salt and ginger until blended. Add cabbage, pepper, carrot, zucchini and green onions; toss to coat well. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Busted by Karen Sonnessa
