peishan0b1z8Baked this for the first time and it was fantastic! It's easy with simple ingredients to make. My husband and all our friends loved it. Would use light cream cheese the next round for a lighter texture. Besides that.. best recipe ever!!1m ago

amandakryloYou put the cheesecake pan inside of a bigger pan and fill the bigger pan with water. It prevents the top of the cheesecake from cracking and helps the cheesecake cook evenly. If you don't trust your spring form pan not to leak, you can place the pan of water on a lower rack. Hope this helped!3y ago
daniellamarie_18I haven't made it yet but I am confused on you it means to bake in the water?3y ago
mogriff1I made this AGAIN and it was a hit. My visiting mother wanted me to make this because I kept telling her how yummy it was and how its always a hit at my office parties. Well lets just say she can't stop eating it and wanted me to freeze a few slices for she and my dad when she goes back home! LOL of course my hubby LOVES it and cant get enough of it when I make it. I always drizzle triple chocolate sauce on it. This is the best tasting chresecake by far!3y ago
