German Applesauce Meatloaf Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly oil a 9x5x3" loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix well. Place the meatloaf mixture in the prepared pan. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Let cool 10-15 minutes. Turn the loaf out of the pan. Slice and serve. From Tuscon area newspapers, 1994, 3rd quarter, courtest Mike Orchekowski.
