1/4 tsGround cinnamon
2 cWater
1 3-lbchicken; cut into 8 pieces
2 tsSalt
1 cUncooked rice
1/4 tsBlack pepper
3/4 csmoked ham; Cooked, cubed
1/2 lbFresh green beans; Quartered And stems removed OR
1 10-oz packagefrozen beans
1/4 tsCayenne pepper
1 lgOnion; sliced
3 cCabbage; shredded

Date: Mon, 20 May 1996 18:08:44 +0000 From: "Wendy Lockman" Pour water into a large pot. Add the chicken, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cover; bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in the ham, rice, onion, cabbage, green beans, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
