Original recipe makes 6 Servings
1/4 cWater
8 Peppercorns
1 tsDried dill weed
2 Carrots, peeled and sliced
2 cCauliflower, cut into small
1/2 cDry white wine
1/4 cApple juice
2 tsSalt (omit for low-sodium
1 Green onion, sliced
1 Celery stalk, sliced
1/2 Red pepper, quartered and
1 Clove garlic, sliced
1 cWhite vinegar
