Suggest a better descriptionWash chops & pat dry. Rub both side of chops with mustard. Brush bbq grill with peanut oil & cook chops for 15-20 minutes over med heat, turning once. While chops are cooking melt butter in saucepan, stir in ginger, sugar & pepper sauce. Heat to simmer but do not boil. When chops are done remove to serving plate & brush with ginger glaze.
