1 cCake flour; 7/8 c flour
4 c1 lb Onions
BAKED GOODS
4 cPowdered sugar; 1 lb.
1 tsDried herbs; 1 tb fresh
1 cSweet milk; 1 c buttermilk/
1 1/2 cPitted cut dates; 1 lb whole
1 ozChocolate; 3-4 tb cocoa +
2 c10 oz flour
1 cCream; 2 cups whipped
2 2/3 c1 lb dates, pitted
1 ozChocolate; 1 square
4 ozUncooked macaroni; 2 1/4
3 c1 lb flour
DAIRY
1 cSour milk; 1 cup sweet milk
PRODUCE
4 c1 lb Nuts (chopped)
1/8 tsGarlic powder; 1 cl garlic
MEAT
1 tbCornstarch; 2 tb flour
1 cEgg whites; 8-10
1 cUncooked spaghetti=2c cooked
2 c1 lb butter; or any fat
3 1/2 c1 lb dates, unpitted
PASTA
14 Graham crackers; 1 c crumbs
2 1/4 cCaster/superfine sugar; 1 lb
3 3/4 c1 lb icing/powdered sugar
22 Vanilla wafers; 1 cup crumbs
2 1/4 cPacked brown sugar; 1 lb
2 cSugar; 1 lb
3 c1 lb raisins
SEASONING
3 1/2 cBrown sugar; 1 lb
1 pkDry yeast; 1 cake
1 cCream, sour, heavy; 1/3 cup
3 1/2 cWhole wheat flour; 1 lb.
1 cFlour; 1-1/8 c cake flour
4 cShredded cheese; 1 lb
1 cEgg yolks; 12-14
4 ozDry noodles; 2 c cooked
1 cUncooked macaroni = 2-2/3
4 1/2 c3 lb chicken, cooked/diced
DRY GOODS
1 tsBaking powder; 1/4 ts baking
1 tbInstant minced onion, rehy-
2 1/4 cSugar; 1 lb
3 1/3 c1 lb whole wheat flour
2/3 ozBakers yeast; 1 cake
4 1/2 c1 lb cheese; grated
3/4 cCracker crumbs; 1 c bread
2 tbCocoa = 1 chocolate square
4 slBread; 1 cup crumbs
4 1/2 cCake flour; 1 lb.
3 tsDried yeast; 1 cake
1 lbRice; 2 c raw, 6 c cooked

Product Equivalents Preparation

1 cup whole milk = 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 1/2 cup water, or 1 cup reconstituted nonfat dry milk and 1 tbspn butter
