Original recipe makes 3 Servings
3 cCold water
1 pnSea salt (optional)
1/4 tsCinnamon or nutmeg
1 cAM Multi Blend Flour
1/4 cRaisins or dried fruit
2 tbHoney

Prophets Porridge, Quick Cooking Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Stir until lumps are gone. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until porridge bubbles. Turn off heat. Stir to desired thickness.
