Suggest a better descriptionBring goat cheese to room temperature and place in a small bowl. Add black pepper and pink and green peppercorns. Blend together until peppercorns are incorporated. Line an 8-ounce ramekin or 1-cup bowl with plastic wrap. Transfer cheese mixture into ramekin and pack it down with the back of a spoon. Unmold ramekin onto serving plate.
