1/2 tsPaprika
Potatoes
Garlic (optional)
7 ozLean beef, cut into small
Marjoram
9 ozOnions
Salt
Caraway seeds
5 ozSmoked bacon, finely diced

Good Hungarian Goulash Preparation

In pressure cooker bottom, saute onion and bacon; add garlic if desired. Stir in paprika and immediately add not quite 1 1/4 cup water. Add beef, potatoes, salt, marjoram and crushed caraway seeds.
