1 cOnions; chopped
3 cegg noodle, no yolks; cooked
1 tbPaprika
1 ClGarlic; minced
1 1/2 tsSalt
2 tbBrown sugar
1 tsWorcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsBlack pepper
1/2 tsolive oil
1 8-oz cntomato sauce, no-salt-added
2 lbGround chicken breast, skinless; cooked
1/2 cBell peppers; chopped

Gourmet Goulash Preparation

Recipe by: Cooking Cleverly, Using Your Gas Range Efficiently Preparation Time: 0:10 In a mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic, sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In a skillet, heat oil over medium flame. Add chicken, onions, and bell peppers. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Add tomato sauce mixture. Cook covered for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook egg noodle substitute according to package directions. Add cooked egg noodle subsititue to chicken mixture.
