1 1/2 ccranberries; Chopped
1 cSugar
1/2 tsBaking soda
3/4 cOrange juice
1 tsSalt
1/4 cButter
1 tsOrange Peel; Grated
2 cFlour
1 1/2 cRaisins
1 1/2 tsBaking Powder
1 Egg; beaten

Grandmothers Cranberry Bread Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt & baking soda into a large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Add egg, orange juice & orange peel all at once; stir just until mixture is evenly moist. Fold in raisins & cranberries. Spoon into a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 10 minutes.
