"A very authentic tasting dish. I used white wine in this recipe, I couldn't find any _cans_ of mushrooms or olives so I used 2 cups of mushrooms and a 3/4 cup of olives and it tasted great :) "

Ingredients
| 6 Skinless chicken breasts |
| 1 10-oz cantomato sauce |
| 1 6-oz cantomato puree |
| 2 cupsMushrooms; sliced |
| 3/4 cupolives; Ripe |
| 2 clovesGarlic |
| 1 tablespoonLemon juice |
| 1 teaspoonOregano |
| 1 Onion; chopped |
| 1/2 cupWine; or brandy (Optional) |
| 2 cupsRice |
| Salt; to taste |
Greek Chicken Preparation
Wash and remove fat from chicken. Bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour. Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients (except rice). Put chicken and sauce in a crockpot on low heat and cook for at least 4 hours to blend flavors. Before serving, cook rice according to directions on box. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
