Greek Chicken Salad
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1
| 1/2 mdRed onion; coarsely chopped |
| 1/2 cfeta cheese; Crumbled |
| 1/2 cLight italian salad dressing |
| 1 15.75-oz cangreat northern beans |
| Lettuce leaves |
| 12 Cherry tomatoes; cut in half |
| 2 1/4 ozolives; Sliced ripe |
| 1 mdCucumber; cut in half |
| Reynolds plastic wrap |
| 1 tsDried oregano leaves |
| 2 cchicken; Cubed cooked |
Greek Chicken Salad Preparation
In medium bowl, layer chicken, beans, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and cheese. Stir together Italian dressing and oregano; pour over layered ingredients in bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, gently toss and serve on lettuce leaves.
