Pepper; to taste
2 tsDried basil
2 tbolive oil
6 Tomatoes, firm and with
1 Egg
1 smOnion, diced
2 cSpinach, chopped and cooked
1/2 lbFeta cheese, crumbled
Insides scooped out
1/2 cBread crumbs
Salt, to taste

Greek Stuffed Tomatoes Preparation

In a saucepan, heat oil and saute onion until translucent. In a bowl, combine the sauteed onions with all remaining ingredients except tomatoes. Stuff filling into tomatoes.
