Green Bean Casserole Preparation
from: "The Simply Delicious Options Microwave Cookbook" Put the beans and the water into a 2 qt casserole dish and microwave it on high for 9-11 minutes, or until the beans are tender. Stir the beans after about 5 minutes. When done let stand for 2 minutes before draining the excess water off. Add the cream of mushroom soup, water chestnuts, milk, mushrooms salt, pepper and 1/2 of the onions. Stir everything together and microwave for 3 more minutes.
