Grated cheese to cover
3 tbFlour
1 tbVegetable oil
1 mdOnion; chopped
2 -(up to)
1 cn(16-oz) green beans;
1 ct(8-oz) sour cream

Green Beans Supreme #1 Preparation

Cook onion until soft in oil, add flour and blend well. Add sour cream and cook over medium heat until thick. Put beans in 1-1/2 qt. baking dish, cover with sour cream mixture and cover with grated cheese. Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes. MRS D.L.
