1/4 ts Mustard, Dry
2 Green Onions; Tops only, Cut Up
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Garlic powder
2 tb Tarragon Vinegar
1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 c Parsley Sprigs
2 ts Sugar
1/2 c Yogurt, Plain
1 c Mayonnaise

Original recipe makes 4
