Salt; pepper; to taste
3/4 cWalnuts; chopped
1/2 lbMozzarella cheese; grated
2 lbRicotta cheese
1 pinchWalnut

Green Ravioli with Walnuts and Ricotta Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients 2. Roll out dough very thin n.6 in the machine 3. Fill raviolis, baste edges with egg white 4. Press to adhere. 5.
