From: firstname.lastname@example.org (The Meades) Date: Sun, 19 May 1996 15:30:17 -0400 Combine rice and melted margarine. Add onions, cheese, celery, broccoli (frozen) and soup. Stir to mix. Place in 2 qt casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is cooked (Cover while baking). Makes 8 servings: 1 bread 3/4 fat 1 protein 1 vegetable 15 optional calories 210 calories/serving I dont know what the fat% is Recipe By : Kathy Cox
