Grilled Bread with Duck Fat, Sea Salt and Apples Preparation
Preheat grill or broiler. Cut bread into 1inch thick slices and grill until dark golden brown. Smear each slice with 1 to 2 teaspoons duck fat. Sprinkle each slice with sea salt, then rosemary.
