Suggest a better descriptionNow that catfish has become an "in" food, you will find it in the most elegant grill houses. This recipe contains nothing fancy, but putting the fish on a charcoal grill is just wonderful. Easy and quick, and very flavorful. Mix a bit of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper together and whip to the consistency of a salad dressing. Marinate the fish in this mixture for 1/2 hour before grilling. Grill over charcoal for about 5 minutes on a side, or until the fish is lightly browned and begins to flake a bit. Do not overcook. From
