Suggest a better descriptionHere is a nice marinade for grilled chicken breast or chicken wings. The combination of citrus goes well with the herbs. Marinate chicken breasts 3-4 hours in this mixture or wings 4-6 hours. It also works well for cooking in the skillet too. (If you cant get fresh parsley, use 1 tablespoon dried.) Combine the juices, mustard and worcestershire in a nonreactive bowl. Whisk in the oil a little at a time. Add the garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
