1/2 tsSalt
2 Yellow/green peppers; halved
2 mdSummer squash; halved and
4 6-oz steaksHalibut
1 tbDijon mustard
1/4 cLemon juice
1/2 colive oil
1 clovegarlic; Minced
2 tbchives; Chopped or minced
12 smNew potatoes; partially
1 lgOnion; cut into 1/2 to 3/4

Grilled Halibut and Vegetables Preparation

From: HallieByrd Combine oil, lemon juice, chives, mustard, garlic and salt in small mixing bowl; blend well. Arrange vegetables on grill about 5 minutes before fish; baste frquently.
