1. IN STEP 1, SLICE PARTIALLY THAWED HAM INTO 4 OZ STEAKS. 2. CUT EDGE OF EACH STEAK IN SEVERAL PLACES TO PREVENT CURLING. 3. GRILL ON LIGHTLY GREASED 350 F.
