sgrishka ,Truly delicious and very simple to prepare. We followed the directions exactly but did add some presoaked chunks of Hickory to the grill to add even more flavor. The marinade was great (marinaded for about 14 hrs.) and produced tender, flavorful meat. I highly recommend serving this on the rare to medium-rare side (no more than medium) as the more well you cook it the more tough it will be regardless of the marinade or the slicing.14y
gramley ,loved it. I was only able to marinate it for 3 1/2 hours. I felt if i had let it sit longer it would have been even better. we actually used a sweeter red wine and it melted in your mouth.14y
