Grilled Pork Chops with Bbq Baked Beans
Ingredients
| 1 tsPepper |
| 1 cCider vinegar |
| 4 Center cut porterhouse pork |
| Baked Beans |
| DRY RUB |
| 1 tsSage |
| 1 Green pepper; diced |
| 1 cAny leftover smoked meat |
| 1 Onion; diced |
| 1 Red pepper; diced |
| Dry rub |
| 6 cWater |
| 1 cBarbecue sauce |
| 1 lbNavy beans; soaked overnight |
| 2 tbMustard |
| 1/2 tsGround cumin |
| 2 tbMolasses |
| 1 tsSalt |
| BBQ BAKED BEANS |
| 6 ozBacon; chopped |
Grilled Pork Chops with Bbq Baked Beans Preparation
GRILLIN & CHILLIN SHOW GR3626 Rub pork chops with dry rub and grill for 10 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with baked beans. Yield: Serves 4 Dry rub: Combine all ingredients, and mix well. BBQ Baked Beans: In a saucepan cook beans with water for 2 hours. In a saute pan, cook bacon over moderate heat. Add onions and peppers and cook until tender.
