"This recipe is easy to make and delicious. I use fresh brocolli and my husband likes this best with 1/2 the milk. I've tried both ham and bacon, both were hits with my family. "- FortSmith

Prepare pie crust according to package directions for *filled one-crust pie* using 9" pie pan. Heat oven to 350F. In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, dry mustard, and pepper; set aside. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in pie crust. Pour egg mixture over ham, cheese and broccoli. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving. NOTES : Can substitute one 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli for frozen broccoli flowerets. Can substitute any cheese of preference; Swiss suggested.
