1/4 tsSeasoned salt
1/2 cCheese; Shredded
1/2 cRich Milk
4 Eggs
1/2 cHam; Chopped
1 1/2 tbOnion; finely chopped

Ham and Cheese Oven Omelet Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole. Bake 40-45 minutes at 325 ? until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
