Original recipe makes 4 Servings
2 tsSalt
1 cSliced celery
12 Ounce can chopped ham OR;
4 Potatoes; thinly sliced
1/4 cFlour
1/4 tsPepper
Buttered bread crumbs; 2
2 Onions; sliced
2 cHot milk
Paprika
3 Carrots; thinly sliced

Ham and Potato Scallop Preparation

Combine vegetables with flour, salt and pepper in 3 quart casserole. Add chopped ham. Pour on hot milk. Cover and bake in 400 f. oven for one hour. Uncover and sprinkle with crumbs and paprika. Bake for 30 minutes longer.
