Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1/2 cmilk
1 cnCream of chicken soup
3 slCanned pineapple
2 tbPimento; minced
1 dsPepper
2 cCooked ham; diced
3 cRice; cooked
12 Cloves
1 tbBrown sugar
1 tbButter
1 tbLemon juice

Ham and Rice Casserole Preparation

Combine soup and milk; heat slowly until smooth. Add lemon juice, pepper, pimento and ham; heat thoroughly. Fold in rice. Put into a greased casserole. Cut the pineapple slices in halves; put two cloves in each half Arrange on top of casserole, dot with butter and brown sugar. Place under broiler until pineapple is light brown. From .
