1 Onion; coarsely diced
1 lgGreen bell pepper; chopped
2 Garlic; minced
1 Bay leaf
2 cCubed cooked ham; (about 1-1
1/2 tsDried thyme; crushed
1 tsNatural hickory seasoning
1 tsCajun seasoning
1/2 tsCayenne pepper; or to taste
1/2 tsDried oregano; crushed
2 cshrimp; Large, (about 1
1 cnPeeled tomatoes; (16 ounces)
3 cRice; cooked
6 dsTabasco sauce; or to taste
1 tbButter; or margarine AND
1/2 tsDried basil; crushed

Ham and Shrimp Jambalaya Preparation

In large skillet over medium heat, cook onion, bell pepper, garlic, cayenne pepper and herbs in butter and oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.
