1/2 tsFlour
1/2 cmilk
1 lbGround ham
2 tbLemon juice
SAUCE
3 Egg yolks; beaten
1/4 tsSalt
1 cSoft bread crumbs
3/4 cScalded milk
3/4 lbGround lean pork
1/3 cOnions; chopped
1/2 tsDry mustard
1 Egg; beaten

Ham Loaf with Mustard Sauce Preparation

Thoroughly combine first six ingredients & shape into a loaf. Place in a lightly greased pan & bake at 350 for 1-1/4 hours. Sauce: Mix mustard, flour & salt in double boiler. Add beaten egg yolks, mixing well. Slowly add milk; cook until thick. Add lemon juice. Serve over sliced ham loaf. From the , Fort Bliss Officers Wives Club, Ft. Bliss, TX.
