"I made this but altered it slightly. I used a bag of frozen mixed veggies instead of the corn, lima beans, and green peppers. Also, I used a box of au gratin potatoes instead of using fresh ones and omitted the cheese and flour.
The casserole was pretty easy to make, took about an hour to bake and the family seemed to like it. I think it would be just as good with ground turkey." - mragan

2 cpotatoes; Sliced peeled
1 28-oz candiced tomatoes
10 ozFrozen corn; thawed
1 1/2 creduced-fat cheddar; Shredded
1 cOnions; chopped
10 ozFrozen lima beans; thawed
1 lbGround round beef
1 tbWorcestershire Sauce
1 mdGreen bell pepper; cut
1/3 cAll-purpose flour

Harvest Ground Beef Casserole Preparation

In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Add onion, tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon into a 3-qt. casserole coated with nonstick cooking spray. Layer with potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green pepper. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1-1/4 hours. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand until melted. Yield: 8 servings. Absolutely awful. If you're starving but still have the ingrediants to make this pig slop don't... Consider eating the family cat.

The casserole was pretty easy to make, took about an hour to bake and the family seemed to like it. I think it would be just as good with ground turkey.
