I only added 20 oz of shredded hash browns, which I think was plenty! Next time I will cook them a little first...they still seemed a little bit on the raw side in the finished dish. 1 dsPaprika
1 32-oz packagefrozen cubed hashbrowns
1 ccheddar cheese; Shredded
1 lbbacon; cooked, sliced
8 Eggs
1/2 tsSalt

Hash Brown Egg Bake Preparation

In a large bowl, combine hash browns, bacon, 1/2 cup cheese and salt. Spoon into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk until smooth; pour over hash brown mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered at 350? for 45-50 minutes until golden. Top with the remaining cheese. I just made this for supper and it was EXCELLENT!!!!! I put spicy cheese on the top and browned it. This is a really good idea for a Sunday brunch.
