Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1/2 cCrushed pineapple with
3/4 cSugar
Walnuts)
2 Eggs
Juice
1 cMashed ripe bananas (2-3 med
1/3 cMacadamia nut bits (can use
1/2 cCoconut
2 cBisquick mix
1/4 cMargarine, soft

Hawaiian Bread Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs gradually. Add bananas, pineapple, nuts and coconut and mix well. Add Bisquick. when all is blended, pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes or until done.
