2 tsVital gluten; optional
1/4 cSugar
1/3 cPotato flakes
2 1/2 cBread flour
1/2 Egg
1 tsyeast; Rapid or quick
1/3 tsSalt
2/3 cPineapple juice
3 tbmilk
2 1/2 tbButter or margarine
1 tsCoconut; or vanilla extract
1 pnGround ginger

Hawaiian Sweet Bread (1 Lb) Preparation

One small can (6 oz.) of pineapple juice equals qpprox. 3/4 cup. Orange juice may b esubstituted for a slightly different flavor.
