Hawaiian Sweetbread Souffle Preparation
Slice bread 1/2 inch thick. Lay flat in a 9" x 12" pan. Dot with butter. Mix milk, beaten eggs and sugar well. Pour over bread and sprinkle with cinnamon and grated apples.
