15 Ritz Crackers; **
1 cmilk
Parsley; For Garnish
1/2 cGreen Bell Pepper; Fine Chop
1/2 cSour cream
1 cCelery; chopped
1 cnCream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsSalt
2 tbButter
6 ozEgg Noodles; Medium
1/4 cPimiento; Sliced
6 1/2 ozTuna; Drained And Flaked *

He-Mans Tuna Noodle Casserole Preparation

* An additional 3 oz can of Tuna can be added for a meatier casserole. ** Ritz crackers (15 = Half a Stack) should be broken but not crumbled. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++ Cook noodles in salted water; drain. Coat with butter. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large saucepan, mix soup, milk, sour cream, salt, onion, pimiento, pepper, and celery. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 15 minutes. Add tuna. Combine with noodles and pour into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle top with ritz crackers. Bat 20 to 25 minutes. Granish with parsley before serving. Makes enough for 6 hungry men.

Very easy and quick prep. My 6 year Old loved the recipe. It was a little bland for my taste. I added some shredder cheddar cheese to top. If I decide to try again, I would definitely add cheese to the recipe and maybe some Seasoned salt!!

First tuna casserole I've made so we were a little nervous. It was tasty but I just don't think we are wild about tuna in a casserole in general. Recipe was easy and ritz crackers gave a nice buttery flavor. I also added a little velveeta.

Very easy prep. I used half and half cream, and one whole stick of butter. The dish was very rich but delicious. I dressed the top with crushed vegetabel flavored ritz crackers. Then sliced and seeded jalepeno peppers on top plus two sliced tomatoes. Very nice looking. You could serve this to anyone. I baked it for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
