| 1/2 cOil; (scant) |
| 4 Egg whites |
| 1/2 tbGround nutmeg |
| 1 1/4 cWhole wheat flour |
Healthy Whole Wheat Waffles Preparation
From: bass@ABN.unt.edu (Kay Bass) Date: Mon, 5 Jun 1995 03:15:41 GMT Mix all of above ingredients together well. Mixture will be thick. Pour into prepared waffle iron and add chocolate chips ,if desired, just before baking. Note: Adding chocolate chips to your batter usually results in the chips dropping to the bottom of the batter.
