Suggest a better descriptionHi everyone I got this recipe from Del Monte. It is very good, everyone here likes it alot. Sorry it is not formatted. Dont have the software to do it. Wouldnt know how even if I did. In large saucepan or soup pot, combine all ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Ladle into soup bowls. Serve with Parmeasan cheese, if desired. We usually use chicken instead of beef seems to taste better that way. Plus I use homemade stock instead of canned.
